Dr. Legere started Greater Austin Allergy and Immunology in January of 2010 with just one location. Since this time, our practice has grown to three locations to serve all our patient's in Austin and the surrounding areas. Patient and doctor referrals continue to make our practice grow and we appreciate our patient's faith in us.


Dr. Legere grew up in the South Texas area and has returned after 20 years of training and education. He received his MD from Columbia University and completed his fellowship at Harvard Medical School. After his fellowship, Dr. Legere became a clinical instructor at Harvard Medical School and served as a staff physician at Brigham & Women's Hospital and MIT Medical in Boston.

                           Eric D. Schultz, DO, MPH

Dr. Eric Schultz joined our practice in October of 2010 and comes to us from the sunny state of California. Dr. Schultz received his Masters in Public Health from CSU and continued on his educational journey completing his DO in 2002. Dr. Schultz completed his fellowship at Duke University in the mast cell research lab and served on the staff of Children’s Hospital of Orange County, Rady Children’s Hospital of San Diego, and Sharp Mary Birch Hospital. Dr. Schultz was a clinical instructor at University of California, Irvine before moving to the Austin area to join Dr. Legere in his Allergy practice.


Dr. Schultz now resides in the Austin area and is currently seeing patients in our 4 Points,  and Jollyville locations with late evenings in Jollyville on Wednesdays.

                      Ronald Cox, MD

Dr. Ronald Cox served in the Airforce as an allergist and previously had a private practice in Ohio. Dr. Cox currently practices at our Bastrop and Four Points locations. Dr. Cox graduated from University of Kansas School of Medicine in Kansas City and completed his Allergy and Immunology Fellowship right here in Texas at Willford Hall Medical Center in San Antonio.

Dr. Cox resides in Austin and enjoys all the great outdoor lifestyle that Austin has to offer.

Seth M Hollander, MD


Dr. Seth Hollander recently moved to Austin from St. Louis, Missouri with his wife and two children and are now happy to call Austin their home. Dr. Hollander did his undergrad at University of Texas at Austin and  went to medical school at UT Southwestern in Dallas. Dr Hollander joined Greater Austin Allergy in July of 2011 and sees patients at our Oakhill, South Austin, and Westlake locations.

                    Neha Reshamwala, MD

Dr. Neha Reshamwala moved to Austin from California after completing her fellowship in Allergy Immunology at Stanford University and her residency at the University of California Irvine. She has extensive clinical and research background in different aspects of allergy and immunology. Before Stanford, she finished her Masters degree in Immunology and did Immunology research at Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard.

Dr. Reshamwala resides in Austin and enjoys live music and the outdoors. Dr. Reshamwala is seeing patients at our  Round Rock, and Jollyville locations.
