Dr. Neha Reshamwala is an allergy, asthma, and immunology specialist who moved to Austin from
California. She has extensive clinical and research background in different aspects of allergy and
immunology and completed her residency in Pediatrics.

Before Stanford, she finished her master’s degree in immunology and conducted immunology research at Harvard’s Massachusetts General Hospital.
Dr. Reshamwala grew up in a small town outside of Boston and had the opportunity to live all over the country for school and work which has enriched her life with diversity and ability to connect with people of different backgrounds.
She is passionate about medical research in Allergy and Immunology and patient care. Dr. Reshamwala believes in a “Patient First” philosophy in that patients and families need to be treated with compassion, respect and, dignity and also provide complete transparency.
She loves spending time with family and friends and enjoy traveling, music and outdoor activities.
